Do the trees have to be in a perfect triangle?
No, it is much easier than that! Tentsile can find a space inside any acute-angled triangle. You can watch some tips and tricks videos at the top of the listing. There is also a hack for getting your straps straight with misaligned trees!
Will everyone just roll into the middle of the hammock?
No, our patented anti-roll system creates three separate hammock bays so everyone has their own sleeping or lounge space, with conveniently located central hatch to climb in or out.
What’s the difference between the Fabric, Mesh, and Safari options?
Each option uses different hammock fabric material for a specific intended use, each with unique advantages: Mesh fabric is breathable for hot climates, Green Fabric is lightweight and waterproof, safari is overbuilt for long-term installations
Can I leave the Trillium up all year round?
We recommend that your Trillium is packed away when not in use to protect it and prolong its lifespan. For prolonged setups or semi-permanent installation, we recommend the Safari fabric.
What do the UV hour ratings mean?
If left out in the sun for prolonged periods UV degradation will occur. Trillium Fabric (400+ days of direct sunlight) Trillium Mesh (250+ days of direct sunlight). For longevity pack away your Tentsile after each use ensuring it is clean and dry.
